I sent an article to Thought Catalog, not fully expecting the article to be published. Anyway, here it is. It’s about my own shameful consumption of March Madness basketball games. (I didn’t come up with the title for the article, but I like it.) What is relevant about the article, in my eyes at least, is that this sort of consumption of multiple games (or multiple media at large) while performing multiple tasks simultaneously will become a “new normal”, if I may borrow an overused phrase.
